BERLIN, July 7, 2026 – Today, ZULA Kids announces the release of its new picture book, „Der Träumer und die Abenteurerin“ (English: The Dreamer and the Adventurer). Designed for children ages five to eight, the story celebrates the unique strengths of different personalities and the joy of imaginative play. The book is available starting today via the ZULA Kids online shop and retail partners.
In „The Dreamer and the Adventurer“, two distinct characters come together: Amo, a dreamer who brings imagination to life through drawings, and Isa, who loves adventure. They transform an ordinary playground into a world of pirates, treasure hunts, and endless possibilities. After a storm scatters their treasures, they embark on an exciting journey that proves courage is not about being the loudest voice, but about believing in oneself and sharing unique gifts.

The narrative is written by Miggy Wattson, who draws on personal insights to shape the story. The vibrant illustrations by Gargi Shingte, characterized by rich textures and bold colors, bring warmth and depth to the narrative. This release is part of the publisher’s 12 new titles created during the annual Book-A-Thon, a mentoring initiative dedicated to providing a platform for creators from underrepresented communities and supporting them in bringing their creativity into the world.
